Drainage improvement work to be finalised on Belinda Street
2 December 2014
Member for Kiama Gareth Ward has today advised local motorists that changed traffic conditions will be in place on Belinda Street this Friday night to complete work to improve drainage as part of the $329 million Princes Highway upgrade at Gerringong.
Mr Ward said that motorists will have access to Belinda Street between 8pm and 5am on Friday 5th December under the direction of traffic control.
“Work involves improving drainage and the road surface and will take place between the railway bridge and Princes Highway intersection,” he said.
“Motorists are asked to follow the direction of traffic control, temporary signs and reduced speed limits.
“I certainly thank local motorists for their patience while this important work is carried out as part of the Princes Highway upgrade between Mt Pleasant and Toolijooa Road,” Mr Ward said.
