Routine maintenance on the New Englang Highway at Singleton

Michael Johnsen MP, Member for Upper Hunter wishes to advise motorists changed traffic conditions from next week on the New England Highway at Singleton Heights Darlington, for essential maintenance work.
Roads and Maritime Services will carry out the work near Simpson Terrace to improve safety for motorists. Work includes graffiti removal, barrier maintenance and cleaning the bridge deck.
Work will be carried out on weekdays from Monday 27 November between 9am and 3pm. Work is expected to take one week to complete, weather permitting.
Temporary traffic changes and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.
Motorists are advised to follow the direction of traffic control and signs and keep to the reduced speed limits.
