Changed traffic conditions at Pacific Highway Intersection, Tuggerah
23 April 2018
Parliamentary Secretary for the Central Coast Scot MacDonald MLC is advising motorists of changed traffic conditions from this Sunday night at the Pacific Highway and Wyong Road intersection at Tuggerah.
This intersection upgrade was completed in November 2017 as part of the $84 million Wyong Road improvements. After a project review, work will be carried out to modify handrails and install new line marking to further improve road user safety.
Night work will be carried out between 7pm and 5am Sundays through to Thursdays, starting this Sunday 29th April. It is expected work will be completed by early May, weather permitting.
For motorist and worker safety, traffic control, a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h and lane closures will be in place. Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the direction of signs and traffic control.
Roads and Maritime Services thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
