Community information sessions for Tintenbar to Ewingsdale upgrade
20 August 2012
Residents and businesses are invited to the next round of community information sessions being held for the Pacific Highway Tintenbar to Ewingsdale upgrade.
The sessions will give the community an opportunity to meet the project team, discuss the upgrade’s progress, ask questions and provide feedback.
The sessions will focus on upcoming traffic management for the Pacific Highway and the project’s local road upgrades as well as an overview of tunnel building on the upgrade and an overall three month schedule.
The meetings will be held on Tuesday 28 August at Bangalow A & I Hall, Station Street, Bangalow. The meetings will be held from midday to 2.30pm and from 5.30pm to 8pm.
The 17 kilometre Tintenbar to Ewingsdale project starts at the northern end of the Ballina bypass at Ross Lane and will upgrade the highway to a four-lane divided road to the Ewingsdale interchange.
