Changed boating conditions for water ski show on Lake Mulwala

28 February 2014

Boaters are reminded to keep clear of a section of Lake Mulwala on Sunday for the safe staging of a water ski show.

Roads and Maritime Services has granted an exclusive use aquatic licence on the lake near the Mulwala Water Ski Club from 10am to 4pm.

The area will be maintained and monitored by marked control vessels.

Boaters should follow any direction by boating safety officers or police officers.

Roads and Maritime reminds people to wear a lifejacket when boating. They are required to be worn in vessels smaller than 4.8 metres when alone, at night or offshore.
