Changed traffic conditions on Pacific Highway and Wyong Road at Tuggerah

Motorists are reminded changed traffic conditions will be in place on the Pacific Highway and Wyong Road at Tuggerah from 7pm to 5am on weeknights starting tonight for the next three weeks.
Roads and Maritime Services will carry out traffic management work along the Pacific Highway and Wyong Road including traffic signage installation, line marking changes, temporary safety barrier installation and tree clearing.
This work will prepare for the replacement of the existing roundabout with traffic lights to improve safety and reduce congestion at the intersection of the Pacific Highway and Wyong Road.
Night work to be carried out on weekdays between 7pm and 5am is expected to be complete by the end of the month, weather permitting.
To ensure the safety of workers, motorists and other road users, lane closures and alternative traffic arrangements managed by traffic controllers will be in place to direct motorists.
A temporary 40km/h speed limit will also be in place when workers are onsite and some short delays may be experienced.
Motorists are advised to plan their journey, allow extra travel time and follow all signs.
