Have your say on a new electronic messaging sign on the Camden bypass at Narellan
27 October 2015
The community is invited to have a say on the proposed installation of a permanent electronic messaging sign on the Camden bypass at Narellan.
“The NSW Government has allocated funding to build a new electronic messaging sign around 300 metres north-east of Richardson Road to provide road users with up-to-date information on traffic conditions along the Narellan road corridor,” a Roads and Maritime Services spokesperson said.
“All feedback will be considered in finalising the proposal and community members are encouraged to have a say by Sunday 1 November.
“Installation of electronic message signs at key locations across the network aims to provide motorists with advanced notice of planned and unplanned incidents across the road network.
“The new electronic messaging sign on the Camden bypass will provide road users with important information including delays, crashes, special events and detours on The Northern Road, the Hume Highway, Camden Valley Way and the M5 Motorway.
“The community will continue to be updated as the project progresses.”
Community members are encouraged to provide feedback addressed to Camden Bypass permanent electronic message sign, PO Box 6465 North Ryde NSW 2113 or via email to email@example.com
