Coraki - Glebe Bridge
Glebe Bridge is located on the Coraki Road. Roads and Maritime Services has carried out major refurbishment work to Glebe Bridge.
Glebe Bridge was built in 1905 and is a nine-span timber beam bridge with a central steel span. A structural assessment identified the need for major refurbishment of the bridge.
As part of a $2.4 million maintenance project Roads and Maritime has been refurbishing the metal tower of the Glebe Bridge after it was removed in December 2014.
The tower has been reinstated and we are finalising the last of the work, to be completed by Christmas 2015.
