Transport for NSW and Roads and Maritime Services asked for feedback by Friday 10 November 2017 on a Review of Environmental Factors for changes to some bus stops along the Parramatta to Hurstville via Chester Hill and Padstow bus corridor. The proposed changes to bus stops in Padstow are mainly serviced by the Metro bus Route M91.

All the feedback received by the due date of Friday 10 November 2017 will be considered and a response will be included in a Submissions report which will be made available to the public in early 2018.

These changes would be on:

  • Church Street, Parramatta
  • Halsall Street, Granville
  • Blaxcell Street, Granville and South Granville.

Project background

The NSW Government has fully funded the Bus Priority Infrastructure Program. The program aims to improve the reliability of bus services on Sydney’s main bus corridors.

The proposed changes are part of ‘Sydney’s Bus Future’, the NSW Government’s plan to redesign Sydney’s bus network to meet customer needs now and into the future. For more information please visit Sydney's Bus Future.

These changes have been developed by Transport for NSW and Roads and Maritime, in consultation with Sydney Buses.

Key outcomes of the proposal

  • Making travel times more reliable for customers
  • Contributing to the NSW Government’s target of 95 per cent on-time running of bus services.

Community engagement

We will consider all the feedback received for the Review of Environmental Factors and respond in a Submissions report which will be made available to the public in early 2018.
