Updates and announcements

The new and extended clearways on Taren Point Road will be operational from Monday 22 October 2018.

From 4 October 2018 Roads and Maritime Services will be installing new and extended clearways on Taren Point Road between Captain Cook Bridge, Taren Point and Kingsway, Caringbah. We will also be installing additional parking restrictions on Taren Point Road at the intersections of The Boulevarde/ Captain Cook Drive and Kingsway to improve traffic throughput at these intersections.

Roads and Maritime has provided funding to Sutherland Shire Council for parking reconfiguration in Box Road (west of Taren Point Road) as well as timed parking changes in Kumulla Road. Installation of the new clearway signs including the additional parking restrictions will be installed between Thursday 4 October 2018 and Sunday 21 October 2018 (weather permitting). Our working hours will be between 8pm and 5am from Monday to Sunday.
