Community information sessions for Tintenbar to Ewingsdale upgrade
12 July 2012
Residents and businesses are invited to the next round of community information sessions being held for the Pacific Highway Tintenbar to Ewingsdale upgrade.
The sessions will give the community an opportunity to meet the project team, discuss the upgrade’s progress, ask questions and provide feedback.
The sessions will focus on the building process, in particular bridges. The presentation will cover the various stages of building, techniques being used and machinery used.
The team will also demonstrate where to find more information on the Tintenbar to Ewingsdale upgrade on the project website.
The meetings will be held on Tuesday 24 July at Bangalow A & I Hall, Station Street, Bangalow. The meetings will run from midday to 2.30pm and from 5.30pm to 8pm.
The 17 kilometre Tintenbar to Ewingsdale upgrade starts at the northern end of the Ballina bypass at Ross Lane and will upgrade the highway to a four-lane divided road to the Ewingsdale interchange.
