Change to call centre operating hours

From Monday the Roads and Maritime Services call centre will offer extended hours as part of the transition to Service NSW, with customers now able to contact a customer service team member from 7am to 7pm on weekdays.

Customers are advised the contact centre will no longer operate on Saturday mornings, starting 28 June.

Online services, registries and Service NSW centres will continue to operate normally at the weekend.

Customers are encouraged to contact the 24 hour 13 77 88 Service NSW concierge service for any queries outside the normal operating times.
