Project initiatives
ISLP Program - supporting refugee communities
The Infrastructure Skills Legacy Program (ISLP) is a statewide NSW Government initiative that aims to boost the number of skilled construction workers and create fresh pathways to employment across the state.
ISLP on the Albion Park Rail bypass project provides training and employment opportunities for people in the local community who are interested in a career in construction.
It focuses on supporting key community groups including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, refugee and long term unemployed, women in non-traditional roles, young people and learning workers.
For more information visit Training Services NSW.
