Roads and Maritime Services is installing new and extended clearways on Kissing Point Road between James Ruse Drive, North Parramatta and Stewart Street, Dundas Valley and will be open to traffic on Monday 1 July 2019.

The new weekend and extended weekday clearways will allow illegally parked and broken down vehicles to be towed to ensure all lanes are available to moving vehicles, helping to ease congestion, improve journey time reliability and safety.

Clearway hours

The new clearways will apply in both directions on Kissing Point Road from:

  • 6am-7pm on weekdays
  • 9am-6pm on weekends and public holidays

What happens next?

The new clearways signs will be installed between Sunday 23 June and Sunday 30 June, weather permitting.

The new clearways will be open to traffic from Monday 1 July 2019.
